Yet Another Teacher Persecuted For Sex With Teen Boy

This guy was not harmed by the experience. It is absurd to treat consenting teenage boys as victims of rape at the hands of hot teachers.

A science teacher has been arrested for having sex with one of her students when he was 16 - and could be pregnant with his child.

Jennifer Riojas, who last month resigned from her teaching post at Cater-Riverside High School in Fort Worth, Texas, was bailed on Wednesday for sexual assault against a child under 17.

Guys, when you were a teenager would you have turned her down? Click thru and see her picture.

The foolish boy complained to the police after many hotel visits only when she got pregnant. How does complaining to the police help him dodge paternal responsibility?

Why are women prosecuted for this? Because feminist women want to pretend that male and female have minds that react to sex in the same way? Because moms do not want their boys having sex with teachers? These boys are not harmed. So why should the teachers be prosecuted?

The boys may not be harmed psychologically, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want these women teaching school. Most of them seem highly unstable, to say the least.

Its a stupid law and the boy is a total prick.

Its obscene that he's a child that needs to be protected from sex acts, but if he had murdered someone Texas would happily try him as an adult and execute him.

Well, if she's going to have his baby, he's harmed: he's going to be paying child support for the next 26 years. Even if she's convicted of "raping" him (I totally agree that the charge is ludicrous) he will still be liable for the child support(!).

Besides pregnancy, there is also the risk of venereal disease. I would guess that the kind of female teacher who bangs her students has a good chance that she's carrying around something.

Does this kind of relationship do psychological damage? I guess it's hard to say. But the same can be said about situations where a male teacher seduces a female student. I remember hearing a female acquaintance talk fondly about her first kiss, which was with a male teacher.

Look at the picture at the link, as Randall says. This woman is a babe! The young man doesn't know how lucky he was.

Even though you didn't cite her age, I guessed correctly that she wasn't all that much older than him. I wonder why it is that all these cases seem to involve really hot young teachers rather than old bag types?

Randall Parker said at November 24, 2010 4:19 PM:

No, these women just like sex with teen boys. Not unstable.

It is easy to say. We are talking about guys. Getting sex raises a guy's self esteem. These teenage boys will be more confident with women the rest of their lives as a result of their tutorial sessions.

Not old bag types: Because the boys reject their sexual overtures. This is not rocket science to figure out.

16............he can probably handle it.

13............and he might never get over it.

12...........how young is too young? There has to be a line somewhere, because (believe it or not), some boys really are molested by their own mothers when they are pre-pubescents.

If 15 is OK with everyone else, then its OK with me. However, if we made 15 year-old boys "legal" for their teachers, we might be seeing a bunch of pregnant teachers in the next few years, having kids that dont look anything like their husbands.

Frankly I think 17 year old girls should be legal myself. I had a late birthday. I graduated high school and was still 17 for the whole summer thereafter. I pretty much considered myself an adult by 17. Had been working and driving for over a year by then.

What makes you think a 13 year old can't get over it. He's a boy. He's got a simple mind. He sure wants sex. He's not dreaming of marriage and babies because, hey, he's a boy. Male. Not feminine.

Legal girls: Age varies quite a bit by state and country.

To paraphrase a popular catchphrase, Not All Boys are Like That. For a lot of 13 year old boys, having a sexual relationship with a teacher or camp counselor would be pretty disturbing. Not everyone wants to be Roissy-from-Birth. And certainly most parents don't want that for their sons.

There's nothing wrong with a 17 year old having sex with an older teacher. What is wrong however, is a teacher demanding "paternal responsibility" from the boy.

Unless the boy raped the teacher, he has no moral obligation towards any female who takes the desicion to get pregnant UNILATERALLY. I mean, is the teacher not responsible for what she allows into her body? What about women who get unilaterally pregnant without the man knowing -or consenting- and hiding it, thus denying him of the paternal right?

(Perhaps the teacher doesn't know that babies come from the beautiful "risk" of loving...)

Let's hope that in the future cute horny female teachers continue to seduce young sex-starved boys, but lets also hope that these female teachers assume responsibility by taking the pill on time. And -unless sex was really bad- everybody will be happy and nobody will have to blame nobody.

no i don't,

We could have a law that says adult women who get pregnant from consensual sex with minors can not try to get child support payment from the minors.

no i don't said at November 27, 2010 4:52 PM:

Sounds good. Maybe we should also pass a law that says that minors can have have sex -with other minors, to start with-and make not only condoms, but also pills available to them. No biggie.

Thousands and thousands of 15, 16 and 17 year old kids going wild with all those hormones kicking in.

I dont' know man... I think we still live in a very sexually repressed society, even outside the Bible Belt.

The age limit has in it's mind biology: The brain hasn't fully formed yet the lobe that deals with consequences related to long periods of time into the future. That is also why the last teeth to come out are called wisdom teeth. Because it's around that age. Of course different people's brains age differently and having a higher or lower IQ influences the ability to think long range, but the line must be drawn somewhere.

PS: That girl is not a babe. A 6 in my book.

The same goes for a 16-year-old girl having sex with her hot teacher, especially if she's the one who seduced him. And yet, all I see here is people thinking about boys, boys, boys. Boys are simple animals this, men are evil predators, and girls are sweet, innocent sugar-dolls who would never like to have sex.

Grow up, girls are every bit as much hormone-driven horn dogs as boys are.

If you punish men for having sex with consenting 16-year-old girls, then you must punish women for having sex with consenting 16-year-old boys. And if you don't thinking women should be punished, then the men shouldn't be punished either.

To compound the horror with the underage victim having to pay child support to the kid the grown up went to bear is just sick.

You have no how hypocritical you sound, no I don't. Hell, you're a liar as well. What if you're a teacher and some student had sex with you? You'd press charges against him or her.
